Usage features
1. The ambient temperature of cable is - 40 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃
2. The long-term working temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed + 70 ℃.
3. The ambient temperature of cable laying: PVC outer sheath cable should not be lower than 0 ℃; PE outer sheath cable should not be lower than - 20 ℃.
4. Allowable bending radius of cable: non armored cable shall not be less than 10 times of cable outer diameter; armored cable shall not be less than 15 times of cable outer diameter.
5. The ideal shielding coefficient of railway signal cable with comprehensive sheath is less than 0.8, and that of aluminum sheath railway signal cable is not more than 0.3.
The delivery length of 500 m and above cables shall not be less than 50% of the total delivery length; the delivery length of 50 ~ 250 m short cable shall not exceed 5% of the total delivery length; the measurement error of cable length shall not exceed ± 0.5%. Delivery according to the length agreed by both parties.
