Application:
Used as bare overhead transmission and as primary and secondary distribution cable. It has good characteristics such as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity. It is also suitable for laying across rivers and valleys where special geographical features exist.ACSR/AW offers strength characteristics similar to ACSR, along with slightly greater ampacity and resistance to corrosion due to aluminum-cladding of the steel core wires.

Used as bare overhead transmission and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ACSR/AW offers strength characteristics similar to ACSR, along with slightly greater ampacity and resistance to corrosion due to aluminum-cladding of the steel core wires.
Bare ACSR/AW conductors are intended for use as overhead transmission, primary or secondary distribution conductor. The aluminum-clad steel wire core and the outer aluminum wires provide an optimal balance between conductor strength and current carrying capacity, allowing for greater conductor currents at longer spans between supports. This conductor is often used as the messenger for multi conductor neutral supported conductor designs.
ACSR/AW
The aluminum conductor aluminum clad steel reinforced uses the aluminum clad steel as its core part and high purity aluminum as conductor. It features corrosion resistance, low resistance (LR), high tensile strength and so on. It is used for power transmission lines with large span length and high power. In addition to the conventional stranding, the ACSR/AW has one-layer or multi-layer reinforced conductors that are made of aluminum clad steel wires. In different widths of aluminum conductor steel reinforced, the aluminum conductor aluminum clad steel reinforced has its inner part made of aluminum clad steel, with the aluminum wires stranding around the core in a spiral manner and according to a certain rule.
KINGYEAR from 2013-2018 are mainly for domestic trading and processing to some export trading companies. The average sales amount are about RMB 320,000,000 per year. For cables oversea market, From last may till now we have expanded our market to Bolivia, Peru, Dominican, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Iraq, Mongolia, Indonesia and some Africa country. With total sales amount over USD10,000,000.
